Sweet Potato & Capsicum

Defrost in the fridge overnight (or 8 - 12 hours). Once thawed, either heat the bag itself in hot water (not boiling) or heat its contents on a stovetop. Do not microwave packaging. Check the temperature of the food before feeding your baby to avoid any burns. 

We recommend this serving this meal by itself, or on top of rice for children aged +8 months.

We also recommend using this as a dip for grilled chicken for your older children. 

Free from common allergens such as shellfish, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, nuts, and soy.
