HOW DO I FEED MY CHILD YOUR FROZEN PRODUCT ?We offer ready made frozen meals. We recommend defrosting the product in the fridge overnight. For heating, either heat the pouch itself in hot water or heat its content on a stove top. Check food temperature before feeding your child to avoid burns. Note that fruit based products can be eaten cold.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR PRODUCT LAST IN THE FREEZER ?Our product is freshly made to order in our kitchen, hence its free from any yucky additives or preservative, for that reason we recommend a shelf life of four months in the freezer.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR PRODUCT LAST IN THE FRIDGE ?Once defrosted, our product will last 24 hours in the fridge.

CAN THE FOOD BE SERVED FROZEN ?Our fruit based products can be served frozen as a pop treat or a smoothie, but we recommend caution as ice block can be a choking hazard for small children.

Read the ingredients and labels carefully for any allergens concerning your child. The food is produced in a kitchen where exposure to allergens such as shellfish, wheat, celery, cow’s milk and nuts/seeds may occur.

IS YOUR PACKAGE MICROWAVABLE ?Our only microwavable packaging is the brown pots. Please do NOT microwave the plastic packaging. Warning labels and instructions are printed on each product for ease of use.

CAN I REFREEZE YOUR FOOD?Once defrosted, do NOT attempt to refreeze. Consume within 24 hours of defrosting.

MY FOOD IS MELTED, WHAT DO I DO?Please note that some defrosting can occur, and that is totally normal. If however, your product arrives completely melted, please contact us immediately and send us a picture and we will assist you immediately.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT STAGES MEAN ?Consult your pediatrician before starting your baby on solids. Our Stage 1 meals are smooth, and lower in energy and protein (+6 months). Our Stage 2 meals are textured, and higher in energy and protein (+8 months). Our Stage 3 meals are soft and chunky (+10 months). Our Toddler meals are full and whole foods (+12 months).

In fact, it can take up to 20 tries of something before a baby learns a new taste. At Bumblebee, we are always experimenting with new flavors and recipes, we are sure you will find something your child likes.
